Grants and Resources for Service Learning

Below are websites dedicated to grants and resources for young people organizing and executing service learning projects. Many of these grants are awarded to young people by young people! While most of these grants are available for projects organized by people under 21 years old there are some awarded to projects organized by volunteers under 25 years.

The State Farm Youth Advisory Board is currently funding service-learning projects between $25,000-$100,000 that address the root causes of issues related to financial literacy, drivers' safety, closing the achievement gap, access to higher education, natural and societal disaster preparedness, and environmental responsibility.

A national program that has three different chapters in Iowa. Get involved with their chapters or invite them into your service learning project to educate those in your community about hunger issues.
